8:30-9am - Drop off & open gym

CAMP POLICIES

Summer camp purchases can only be refunded within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours of purchase, camp payments can only be transferred to different camp enrollments, or credited back to your Parent Portal account as EAGC credit, however…

You MUST provide EAGC with AT LEAST 24 hours cancellation notice in order to have funds transferred to a different camp enrollment or credited back to your Parent Portal account.

Past enrollments are NOT subject to being transferred or credited.

For a full 5-day week enrollment, individual days are not subject to transfer or credit.

Camp paperwork: Due ASAP upon camp registration. At the latest, please submit ALL needed forms by Saturday, April 15.
